Checking the Package During Delivery

We kindly ask our customers to check the package carefully at the time of delivery. Damaged, opened, crushed, deformed or faulty packages should not be accepted.

Once the package is accepted, the order may be considered to have been delivered completely and in good condition by the cargo company. Therefore, checking the package during delivery is very important.

Damaged Package and Report Procedure

When receiving your order, we recommend opening the package in the presence of the cargo officer and checking the products immediately.

If there is any problem with the package or product, the situation should be recorded with the cargo officer and a damage report should be prepared.

Whether the package was opened before delivery, whether the packaging was deformed and the nature of any damage should be clearly stated in the report. The report should be signed by both you and the cargo officer.
