International Shipping

Shipping prices may vary depending on the customs policy of the delivery country, the package weight, and the quantity of products. You can see the shipping cost in the section before payment.

We deliver within 3 to 10 days with UPS, DHL, and Turpex, depending on your country. The delivery period may vary depending on the cargo company and the customs schedule.

Return Policy

You can return your order, but exchanges are not available. If you have any dissatisfaction with your product, please contact our customer service center and share your feedback.

The return period is 15 days from the date you receive your order. If the return period is exceeded, the refund cannot be made.

The product you want to return for any reason must be in resalable condition. You can contact us to provide information in case of any situation affecting your return.

Return Conditions

  • The product package must be undamaged.
  • The product must not be used.
  • The product must not be damaged due to user error.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Return Form and Shipping Company

You must return the product by filling out the return form prepared in two languages, English and Turkish, in two copies. Place one copy inside the box and attach the other copy to the outside of the box.

We recommend using the English form for the customs process.

Return Shipping Company

You must return the package with either DHL or UPS. Otherwise, your package cannot be tracked and may be returned back to you.

Return Shipping and Customs Fees

Return shipping fees and customs fees belong to the customer. Your refund will be made excluding the shipping fee paid during the order and the customs fee.

You must print the return form and send it together with the product to our return address.

Refund Process

Your refund, excluding the shipping and customs fees, will be made after your return package has been processed in our system and after the package damage control is completed.

Orders may rarely get stuck at your country’s customs. In this case, customs officers will contact and inform you. Cini.com.tr does not accept responsibility for the customs process and customs fees; the responsibility belongs to the customer.
